Amarante Pyramids Hotel

Ghada, (the beautiful caring lovely assistant to Haythem, Director of the front office) excelled and went out of her way to help us with our stay and ensured that all our needs were met...she made sure to speak with majority of the hotel staff to support us, with a family member who has health issue awaiting hospital treatment...she was soo understanding and comforting and lifted up our spirits with her happy positive attitude and smiles...she excelled...also the Reception Manager, Maged, who assisted greatly with a Clinic appointment for us and Haythem (Director of front office) who was very kind and understanding, helping us with any issues...All the hotel staff were very good with us during our stay...the Restaurant foods was excellent and the Manager and staff too! All housekeeping staff, laundry staff and hotel's staff who helped us with our luggage, all very good...Ghada was exceptional, to ensure we had a very good and supportive/welcoming stay...Would certainly recommend this hotel.

The location near the Main Street, room clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, specially Ghada and reception team, the food in breakfast meal are great.

The hotel is a little outdated but still acceptable 4 star hotel. It's located in a busy area but once you enter the property you're in a different quiet place. Staff members are very helpful and cheering. Room was not the most comfortable or luxurious but comfortable and big.

It was clean, the rooms were good size and so was the bathroom. The cleaning staff are amazing, especially Rawda! She's a lovely and friendly lady, great cleaner. The pool was cleaned each evening.
